Our Taekwondo studio teaches a comprehensive, well-rounded, martial arts training program for all ages and trains our students physically and mentally while striving to give each of our students the specific training that will benefit each one the most.
We have a strong emphasis on the self-defense training, teaching effective techniques from several martial arts including Krav Maga, Judo, Chin Na, and Karate. Our Saturday morning self-defense class teaches basic, but effective techniques that anyone, regardless of how in shape you are or your age, can learn.
